The Rim Lab Refund Policy
At The Rim Lab, we take great pride in the quality of our rim repair and paint correction services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales and services are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
If you experience any issues with the quality of the service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, provide a free follow-up service or correction to ensure your satisfaction.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for change of mind, customer damage after service, or issues arising beyond our control.
